The Project
To carry out a refurbishment of this 5 storey office building in Lewisham High Street, whilst the tenants were still in occupation.

This entailed a complicated programme as the tenants had to vacate a whole floor at a time and then allow a 2 week interval from completion of the refurbishment of a floor before we could start on the next floor to allow the tenant time to vacate from another floor and install their new office furniture and equipment.

Our Role
To draw up and agree with Landlord and Tenant the right specification, scope of works and budget.

Go out to tender, appoint a contractor and work jointly with the tenant’s fit out contractor and staff to ensure that the parties worked together on the hand over of each floor. The refurbishment was both internal and external including replacement of all windows.

The programme finished a week early and within budget.
